Send a message with context
Write to [email protected]. Include the quiz or assignment name, the error message you saw, and your registered account email.
Case reviewed by a specialist
A team member reads your request and checks the system logs if needed. No automated replies for technical reports.
Resolution confirmed
You receive a reply with the fix applied or a clear explanation. For score corrections, you'll see the update reflected in your account.

Clear your browser cache and try a different browser — Chrome or Firefox typically work best. If the quiz still will not load, email [email protected] with the quiz name and your account email.
Retakes depend on the settings configured for each program. Contact your instructor, or email us if your access appears blocked when it should not be.
Scores do not save when a session times out or if connectivity dropped mid-quiz. Send us your session details — the date, time, and quiz name — and the team can verify the result manually.
